Couple Arrested in Cedar Key for Manufacturing Meth

May 11, 2016

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office had warrants for the arrest of Larry Duane Teckenbrock (6-17-86). Teckenbrock had violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

LCSO received a tip on Teckenbrock’s current location and contacted members from the US Marshal’s Florida Fugitive Task Force and the Cedar Key Police Department to assist in the apprehension.  Teckenbrock was located in the Park Place Inn in Cedar Key and taken into custody without incident on May 9, 2016.

Investigators identified an active meth cooking operation in the room where Teckenbrock and his girlfriend, Natasha Lerae Corbin (3-9-87), were staying. LCSO Drug Task Force members were called to dismantle this operation.  Investigators located several unidentified items believed to be stolen during the arrest. Investigators are researching identifying tags on these items to locate the owner(s).

Teckenbrock and Corbin were arrested and have been charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Their bond has been set at $115,000 each.

Teckenbrock has been linked to the theft of a truck and burglary at Anderson Columbia on 3-7-16. LCSO investigators have filed charges in this case. Teckenbrock has not been assigned a bond related to this case.

Anyone who has information about Teckenbrock is asked to contact the LCSO Investigations Division at 352-486-5111; or if you wish to remain anonymous call Crime Stoppers at 1-877-349-8477. You could be eligible for a cash reward.
