The Levy County Sheriff’s Office in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Levy County and the United States Marshal’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit are offering a $4,500 reward for information leading to the capture of Steven Stacy. On October 11, 2021 Stacy cut his electronic ankle monitoring device and fled on foot. He has been able to elude capture since this date.
Detectives believe Stacy may have been or is currently receiving assistance to evade capture from an associate in the Williston area. Stacy is a registered SEX OFFENDER and is on probation for his role in tampering with evidence in an on-going homicide investigation.
