Time:                11:30

Bronson, Florida-Wanted sex offender Kevin Lee Arcangeli turned himself into Levy County authorities for a violation of probation warrant.  Arcangeli was convicted in 2005 for lewd and lascivious behavior on a child between 12-15 years of age.  Upon being booked at the Levy County Jail it came to attention of the Jail staff that Arcangeli was in possession of narcotics.

The investigation revealed that Arcangeli placed pills in a latex glove and swallowed the pills prior to turning himself in.  Arcangeli defecated the gloves that contained the pills and distributed them to other inmates.  Two latex finger tips were recovered with five methadone pills, one oxycodone and two morphine pills.  Deputy Britton Drew arrested Arcangeli for introducing contraband into a detention facility, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of paraphernalia.
