Morriston, Florida-On June 21, 2009 Investigator Mike Bell arrested David Matthew Goodman for sexual battery and he was transported to the Levy County Jail.
On June 20, 2009 the victim was visiting Goodman at 21750 SE 71 Lane Morriston. While the victim was inside Goodman's travel trailer he forcibly committed sexual battery on the victim. There was an adult witness during the incident that heard the victim say no to Goodman several times but he refused to stop.
Goodman is known to law enforcement and he is currently on felony battery probation.
