Inglis, Florida-On June 20, 2009 Investigator Mike Bell arrested Nickolas James Vanbelkum for burglary and grand theft.
On June 19, 2009 the victim reported to the Levy County Sheriff's Office that unknown person(s) forcibly entered her residence at 19933 SE 110 Ave Inglis, Fl. Upon entry the suspect(s) stole jewelry, tools, gym set, and music compact disk valued over $ 2,000 dollars.
Through the investigation Vanbelkum was developed as a suspect. Investigator Bell and Officer Letson with Inglis Police Department searched the suspect's residence and located several stolen items inside Vanbelkum's residence. Vanbelkum confessed to the burglary and theft and stated that he stole the items on June 16, 2009 around 11:30 PM.
