Four Arrested for Manufacturing Meth

The Levy County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division was on their “A” game yesterday afternoon. Deputy Kevin Davis observed a red pick-up occupied by four people that had an expired tag decal at the intersection of US 19 and Rogers Blvd in Chiefland. Deputy Davis stopped the vehicle and during his investigation found the tag was attached to the wrong vehicle.

The driver, Joshua Pippin (7-11-80) received a warning for the tag violation. But, the investigation did not end there. Deputy Davis interviewed the three passengers and during a search of the vehicle found a methamphetamine lab as well as drug paraphernalia. Two jars containing approximately 750 grams of methamphetamine liquid was recovered and rendered safe by the Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force members.

All occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine. The following are the arrested subjects and their bond amounts.




Elise Louise Craig 2-19-86 - Trafficking in methamphetamine: bond $100,000.00.





Sky Autumn Culbertson 10-14-93 - Trafficking in methamphetamine: bond not assigned at the time of this release.





Charles Lint Meeks 2-22-70 - Trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia: bond $185,000.00.




Joshua Adam Pippin 7-11-80 - Trafficking in methamphetamine: bond not assigned at the time of this release.
