Officer Honored by Army National Guard

Officer Honored by Army National Guard

December 10, 2014

LCSO wishes to recognize Corrections Officer Leslie Braswell for receiving the “Most Dedicated Soldier” award from the 868th Engineering Company of the Army National Guard.  Officer Braswell’s Platoon Sergeant, Joe Alexander, said the following about the award:

“The award is presented to the soldier that has displayed the Army values consistently throughout the year. Braswell has proven to be an asset to 2nd Platoon and the 868th EN CO. Her dedication has resulted in the early completion of missions during the annual training period. She has also proven to be an example of "right" to the new enlisted soldiers. Braswell attacks issues without being instructed, which is a key factor when selecting Non-Commissioned Officers. She is on her way to being an excellent NCO.”

LCSO congratulates Officer Braswell on her award.  We thank her for her service to her country and the citizens of Levy County.
