Stephen Walther Arrested For Dealing In Stolen Property

Chiefland, Florida-On September 28, 2009 Detective Roger Bell arrested Stephen Matthew Walther for dealing in stolen property.

 

The victim reported that unknown person(s) burglarize the Chiefland residence and stole a television, recurve bow and numerous DVDs.  The investigation revealed that Walther pawned the victims recurve bow and 17 DVDs at Cash Munny Pawn Shop on July 29, 2009.  The stolen property valued $520 was pawned for $67.

 

During the interview Walther stated that he purchased the recurve bow at the flea market and the DVDS at Wal-Mart.  Walther then changed his statement and said that he purchased the stolen items but refused to give the persons name.

 

Walther was arrested and transported to the Levy County Jail.
