On May 26, 2018 the Levy County Sheriff’s Uniformed Office Patrol Division Deputies responded to 7155 NW 60 Street to a reported disturbance. Upon their arrival deputies discovered the argument turned violent and a man had been shot. The victim was transported to a local emergency medical facility with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation revealed Edwin Deleon Henry (12/28/81) became involved in an argument with the victim for unknown reasons.
